Attune Management Consulting Ltd was founded in 2022 and has expanding since then. The company, through its team, gained a vast wealth of experience in various types of construction projects and in many geographical locations, having worked in many countries around the world.
Bringing a project to conclusion within the set scope, time, budget and level of quality is a challenge. Numerous factors affect the course and the result, putting pressure of time, cost and profitability on both client and contractor(s). Employing modern management techniques and technology through a wide range of independent professional advisors/consultants is essential to ensure a better chance of success. The success of any project depends not only on the ability and performance of all stakeholders involved but also on the way they interact between themselves and with the client.
Our people are experienced project managers, trusted with the responsibility of managing and coordinating various projects in all phases. Many of these projects were of a specialized nature and involved the close co-ordination between local design teams and specialist consultants from various countries.
