Project management ensures best focus with work done correctly, efficiently and effectively to deliver the expected outcomes. Risks are minimised, communications managed, quality achieved, scope, cost and time are controlled resulting in satisfied stakeholders and achievements of business objectives, obtaining optimum value for the money invested.
Early involvement of the project manager in the project enhances the overall process management and increases the chances of a positive outcome. As PMs our role is to lead and manage the team responsible for achieving the project objectives and be the client’s liaison for the project.
Project management is better achieved following well-established methodologies, frameworks, and procedures (such as PMP (US) and PRINCE2 (UK)), various tools and techniques, tailored to each of our projects. The project lifecycle recommended is demonstrated in the graphic below.

Attune Management Consulting focuses in providing Project Management services on behalf of the client, positioned in the project as the client’s representative regarding PM processes and activities. The Project Management Services described later in this document, are tailored/adapted according to the project’s and client’s requirements.
